We will decommission and pack your computers, screens, printers and other equipment into crates and ensure the safe delivery thereof to your new office space.
Computers will be set up in designated spaces, and configured to the network. We make sure that all users have access to required applications connectivity to email, the internet and printers.
Dependent on client requirements and in order to cause the least disruption we prefer to action office moves over weekends. At the same time, we create a timetable for users to test their equipment in the presence of our onsite
technicians to ensure minimal disruption to both the users and “business as
usual”.
We provide a number of technician’s dependent on the size of your workforce for at least 3 working days after the move to ensure optimal operational
efficiency is achieved.
JCP also specializes in service desk level one support for all Desktop, Voice and Application Services including catch and dispatch of tickets in accordance with our client’s Service Level Management Standards and ITIL Service Desk
